Forcing to Resign
Hi all , I'm a fresher while I was on bench in order to study I took my laptop to IRC . RMG mailed me for not reporting and I said I'm reporting and mentioned that I'm studying in my laptop. Until I said they don't have any idea about the situation. Now they're forcing me to resign by saying security breach. What I said is the only proof they're having. I haven't connected to any TCS networks. Has anyone faced this situation.please help.me.out😐
It's not a security breach.. Don't accept anything verbally.
As per TCS policy, no personal laptop can carried to any TCS offices. Even one can’t deposit to security. If by chance you are returning from your home town with your personal laptop, one have to keep it outside of TCS offices. This is a policy mentioned under infra security.
