Forcing to do non technical work
It will be 1 year in April delivery manager and pmo is asking us to do non tech work even though they say temporarily I don't believe it .they told for development work but they don't have any projects they all went to other companies as these are not working well .i don't know what to do any suggestions

I would suggest to move out from the project or from the company and find the right job as you cannot trust the management on their commitments

I asked release he shouted for one year you are asking release 🥲I will have only one year experience atleast 2+ they are asking

I believe that if you are not happy then it will start impacting you then the last option is a switch out from tcs .. this is the time when you may try a switch .
