Forcing HR and project to come to office already given medical documents
Today I had metting with HR and team lead they are saying come to office of go for LWP. The humanity level after Ratan Tata Sir is Zero in TCS.
They are just doing nothing mentally pressurising me, what should I do now is there any forum in TCS where I can move to raise this issue please suggest.
In my case hr is saying to go office
If you have documents, create a group with your manager,hr and tag his/her hr also and then ask him/her to give reason for rejection in email , if they don't have any strong point then they should be approving it, if still not agree raise a grievance..also I will suggest just go through HR policy in HR policy hub to counter validate your points..
They are saying we have given you meximum WFH
I have also faced this ,Even I had the medical documents and genuine issue ,Still the HR didn't receive my call and was responding very lately to my messages in teams.
I had to create a group which included Hr's Supervisor,Hr ,Myself and project manager then she responded in group and approved it
