Project ODC office is in Pune also,Still Manager is Forcing to report to Bangalore office.Manager is not approving my request to go Pune and report there.Bangalore is too faraway for me.Please help me for this.

Let the HR know you are not available for relocation. If the movement is unnecessary then they are trying to remove you.
