Trending @Infosys; Forcefully mapping on project
Hi guys, I recently got released from my project on 15th April and yesterday I got a call from another project but their requirements are different from my prior experience and skillsets. I told them I am not okay with this project and I am looking for projects related to my experience only. But still they are asking me that TPD suggest to go ahead with my mapping. They are forcing me to share the profile. Is there any option what we can do denied this project?

Don't deny directly but smartly.
Make a stupid useless profile and share with them. If they or client evaluate make yourself sound useless for that project.
If still that doesn't work, go on a long leave citing medical urgency. They will not wait for you if that project is that urgent.
never say no from your ends let the other person say no. hope you are smart to understand
