Forced to work on weekends

Try to avoid saying you are travelling to native and won't have network there much......Simply update the time sheet for all weekends automatically will be getting documented that you are forced to work in week ends....as formality drop mails on weekend which will be an evidence which can be sent to HR later.....

Maybe because of the project's needs and urgency he might have asked . You can avail comp offs and take another day as a week off . Talk with your manager . If you really have work and can't accommodate his request say so .iam sure you are not the only one in the team any other resources can take it up. In our project we have every Saturday deployments but we take comp offs later on.that works for us. My team member and myself take turns one month after him and one month myself . We plan accordingly
