I urgently need your advice. I feel demotivated and I think I won't be able to survive this, I feel trapped here... Can't even leave this job due to family issues.... Also I am a ninja candidate they don't even pay me that much.... Someone please help!!!! urgent advice needed 🙏
Take supervisor on mail keep hr in cc and ask him to give proper documented Comp off leave plan for weekend work and if he ignore reply on same mail as i am not getting comp off i will not available on weekends

deny clearly and work only on working hours and raise the concern to HR

You have agreed for a full time job which didn't mention whether it will be only weekdays or weekends. If you're working on weekends, you'll get your comp offs on Weekdays. You will have to adjust your commitments on weekdays. Always plan your day and try to stick to it. Currently TCS is not in the mood to get back to WFH. Also, you won't get released easily. The only option is to plan your schedule or just leave it.

Just ask them to give it in writing on working on weekends.

TCS has a policy to not make employees work more than 45 Hrs per week. If that is happening, then ask your managers to reduce the work load or release you from your project. If they are not even coming to discussion, try reaching out to HR in person and explaining your concern.
The hidden side of all this is that say I have 10 years of experience and I have a package of 30 LPA. The account and the managers have a expectation of the same and will assign you work accordingly. If that's the case then you would have to match that expectation. The reason I say that is, if one can do a task in 5 hours and another can do the same task in 10 hours or more. The one who can do it in 5 hours deserves to be compensated higher than the other. Take that into consideration when you go to HR and your manager.
PS: Your manager does not have access to your compensation while your HR has. Your manager only has access to your resume and profile. Thus if your profile has you at 10 years in .Net and then your manager has that expectation on you. In other words, (not judging or implying) if work product is taking longer due to a skill issue, you would have to negotiate the expectations correctly.
