Forced to Resign in TCS

Got called for my first in-person HR meeting supposedly to talk about my bench period… but ended up being pushed to resign. TCS has truly changed. Good luck to everyone out there — hope the company understands that decisions like these break trust more than anything.

Did they agree to provide you support in terms of severance pay? If yes then how much. I think you were C3A or C3B.

Yes , the happy workplace is not the concept anymore. The workplace has become a lot more tense than ever before . People are not working willingly but by force .
