Forced to do non tech work! asking again for better reach 🙂

It will be 1 year in April delivery manager and pmo is asking us to do non tech work even though they say temporarily I don’t believe it they told for development work but they don’t have any projects they all went to other companies as these are not working well . Asked for release he started shouting you are fresher and asking for release.

It is better to switch to another company rather than wasting your time here.

Use this time to upskill yourself.. as soon as you reach 2 years experience start apply outside.. get in touch with friends who are wprking in projects and ask them about technical difficulties and how they solved? You will gain experience by discussing. These days we have lot of lot of resources online .. build your own projects.. I believe you will not have nontechnixal work for whole 9 hours.. atleast 1 or 2 hours a day ypu can invest in upskilling yourselves.. do the certifications and get them reimbursed also sometimes nontechnical work also teach ypu some skills like time management, people management, automate repetitive tasks...
