Forced team building activities

At work, So Many people are being forced to participate in cringe team building activities even if they have tight project deadlines.

They are blocking calendars and asking everyone to drop work by EOD to play dumb charades. And the interesting part is they are asking employees to record dance reels or share embarrassing personal stories. Just so HR or leadership can post it on LinkedIn to show great culture.

I am curious what is the most cringe activity you guys have been forced to do openly especially the introverts.

People are wasting productive hours on this nonsense and there is no outrage or pushback about it.
