Trending @Infosys; Forced resignation 😑 PIP due to NP rating
"I have been with Infosys for over 1.5 years. During my first eight months, I was on the bench; however, I remained proactive by completing all required courses, including DQ points and skill tags. I never refused a project call during that time. After being allocated to a project six months ago, my manager assigned me a 'Needs Improvement' rating, citing my long duration on the bench as the primary reason. Two months after the rating was released, my manager informed me that I would be placed on a PIP (Performance Improvement Plan) due to that specific rating. I questioned this, as I have completed all my tasks without any escalations or performance issues since joining the project. My manager claimed the decision was beyond his control and was driven by HR. HR subsequently contacted me and presented two options: sign a resignation letter in exchange for three months' salary or face termination. Essentially, I am being pressured into a forced resignation."
Please someone suggest me what I do this situation.any other option to continue with this company.

Stay strong and try for other opportunities. Infosys is not the only company nor it's the end of your world.

Hi I’m from STG unit and I also have been put on PIP since I got the NI rating. Till now nothing has been communicated to me and according to my mentor I will be placed in 30 days PIP. Wanted to know if the certification I will have to take it from office or I can take it from anywhere

Office only by booking slot

I would suggest you to use your notice period to attend more interviews outside, up skill if needed and get the hell out of here.
