Forced resignation - i am on bench from June and till now I haven't gotten any project, since August I didn't get any calls for projects
From July many of my other friends in bench got released i last month also one got released , i am assuming I will also be released by September end,but in case if I am not released wht will happen? I have not been visiting rmg since many weeks and not properly updating my working hours also ,it this continued will they ask me to pay the salary back ?
We cant predict anything with the organisation. They keep changing the policies back to back. As per current policy they can choose to do whatever they want whenever they want and they will do their best to screw people out of what they are owed
😶😑😑😑Since I have not been visiting the rmg and reporting, will they stop the compensation if they terminate ,and if I am on bench and I resign what will happens will i get compensation
