My manager is forcing me to resign stating financial issues in the company. Please let me know how to deal with this.

Don't resign. If you will resign volunteerly you will not get any compensation. Let them fire you. In that case they need to pay you 3 months salary. And start looking for new job. All the best.

They don't have to give 3 months salary. Max your notice period. And not everyone does. Tell the manager give me time till I get a job, I'll start looking out full time. Let me be there till then I'll run the first chance I get.
