Forced Project Allocation Despite Being on Bench
I am a fresher and was recently released from ILP. I have been on the bench for around 18 days and haven’t received any calls related to my skill set. However, my RMG and Head RMG are forcefully allocating me to a project that doesn’t align with my skills.
Has anyone faced a similar situation? What would be the best approach here?

My friend has faced a similar situation, and he asked for a release for which his manager has escalated it to hr, they told him it's the company's decision to use resources accordingly and you don't have a say in it, it was a total shitshow which went to talk of resignation, and he stuck is the same project ever since
