It’s a Quiet Firing strategy, mainly employees C3B and above have become burden to TCS revenue, even they fire 2/3 of C3Bs TCS can still survive..!

Sir nowadays the salary of c3b and above are less the juniors how come they will be burdon.. the take responsibility and they lead and they deliver... Maximum profit for TCS is from them..
