Force you to take sick leave for medical issue so they can extend your notice period and create pressure.
I’m being denied a WFH request by HR during notice period despite medical recommendations and my willingness to work. Instead, I’m being pressured into forced sick leave, which unfairly extends my notice. What are an employee’s rights in such cases?
Whom we must reach out for support ???

Your sick leave doesn't extend notice period. Provided you have enough sick leaves available. As per policy in notice period we are allowed to take sick leaves.

HR saying take sick leave and after report to allocated branch and project then serve 3 months np from that day

Nothing like that. If you are in LOP it might happen but an associate can resign any time when needed.

Start your notice, period. Highlight on email so and so date is your notice period and 90 days from that date is your LWD.
You can go to the office for 3 days. Then you can take sick leave. They can't extend your NP cause of sick leaves, especially medically valid.
Also since you have decided to leave don't hesitate. They will do this BS just so they can squeeze work out of you and make it seem like this place is safe and secure. Jump before it's too late.

Doctors stated I'm medically fit to work and I'm willing to work from home and yet I'm being forced to take sick leave

Simply do wfh… nobody is gonna question you apart from Manager.

I am serving notice period and after resignation I didn't go to the office and I don't have any exception as well
