Trending @Infosys; Force resignation or layoffs
I heard about force resignation and layoff in infosys (specially STG unit) of employees who were in bench or whose rating is Need Improvement.
Can anyone explain or confirm ?

I had just been laif off from Infosys. I had 3 years of experience. Received needs improvement rating last cycle. They called me in DC physical with laptop and I'd card. Made me write a resignation letter and gave resignation acceptance letter with 4 months pay assurity and no issue in BCG
Hi guys i was forced to resign on spot after receiving employee discussion email. I'm from STG unit specialist programmer with 5 years experience. I received met expectations rating last cycle but was on bench since last 5 months. So guys please don't be on bench for long they're firing I just got married last month and received the shock of my life. Infosys will do this i never expected in my wildest dreams
Guys infosys is laying off so many people. Personally I could see one person laid off from infy sez who was on bench from past 2 yrs. Giving 4 months salary and sending seperation emails.
