Force Resignation Continues and increasing Day by Day

Currently, RMG and HR are targeting more employees for forced resignations. They have now begun focusing on senior employees (C3 level and above), particularly those with higher billability but lower performance.

Today, in the Bhuwalka Building, over 40+ employees across all grades were let go. Additionally, C1 and C2 employees with more than 75 days of unallocation are also being targeted. The goal appears to be the release of 30,000 employees by the end of December.

Despite this significant downsizing, the company has yet to issue compensation letters reflecting the salary hikes that were supposed to take effect in September. Meanwhile, they are investing heavily in areas that benefit only the CEO and upper management—not the employees.

In Bangalore, for instance, they are planning to construct new office buildings in Yeshwantpur and other areas. Purchasing land and building infrastructure in Bangalore is a substantial investment, indicating that the company does have funds—but is unwilling to allocate them towards fair salary hikes or employee welfare.

This is a serious matter. Employees need to be aware and consider measures to protest or halt these unfair practices. It may also be wise to explore better opportunities elsewhere, as the current situation suggests the company is heading toward a downturn.

This ia true... even people who have managed to find a project with ISU kevel approvals, are not given allocation by RMG and forced to resign. For one of the guys they are not able.to.decide the amount of compensation to be given... 6 months or 9 months or just 3 months!

If this is scenario, it is better to wait for layoff as one gets compensation for a couple of months. If one puts resignation then you will not compensation amount.

Also, one should utilize sick leaves judiciously as once you are put on sick leave, all these leaves gets cancelled, and one cannot take any leaves.

Bro is too much confused. Bangalore deal is lease ,not own office space like in Sirussri or adibatla. So what investment you mean?

Letter is w.e.f September which means it will reflect in salary getting on September 30.
