Force Resignation and Termination Resumed..Unallocates Beware....❗❗❗
RMG and HR have resumed the practice of enforcing forced resignations and suspensions of salary, which had been on hold for a few days. Just today, more than 50 employees in Bangalore were forced to resign without being given a second chance. The situation has become very critical, especially for those who are unallocated. Everyone should start preparing alternative career options outside TCS, as unexpected actions can happen at any time.
Important Points to Keep in Mind:
Keep your resume updated and start applying to opportunities in advance.
Actively network with recruiters, ex-colleagues, and LinkedIn contacts for better visibility.
Upskill with certifications or short-term courses in high-demand technologies to stay competitive.
Maintain financial preparedness in case of sudden salary suspension or delayed exit benefits.
Document all HR communications (emails, meeting notes) for future reference if needed.
Explore internal project allocation aggressively; reach out to multiple managers instead of waiting.
Be aware of notice-period policies and clarify your rights before signing any forced resignation letter.
Stay mentally prepared, keep a backup plan ready, and don’t wait until the last moment to act.

After ratan sir demise ,, no more ethics in tcs...be prepare every one...better to switch ...

Only God knows what the criteria is.
