For women - registered marriage ceremony or a full blown wedding ceremony?

Context: might get married soon and wanted to get a sense of what to expect/ navigate this conversation with prospective partners. It would obviously vary from person to person but a split by preference would be interesting to look at.

My wife: Selected Option 4 at time of marriage.

My wife: 6 months after marriage, we should have done Option 2.

A simple court marriage and maybe a small ceremony (not a full blown reception) for very close friends and family. Would rather spend money for travel, investments and other meaningful things 🤷🏻‍♀️.
