For withdrawal of resignation what is the process in TCS ?

Last 30 days of Notice period. I have not cracked good company.

I don't have good repo with Manager and Team Leads .

What is process of withdrawal of resignation and any consequences in later stages ?

You need discuss with your manager and HR before withdrawing on mail.. If they are not convinced you will not be able to withdraw... They are the ones who are going to withdraw it in system.. Get thier buy in first
