For those who say Accenture RTO is too strict

I am keeping screenshots of no seats available to book with date in mail drafts for hr

What can we expect from assoc manager

Mr. Manager try to give messages to leadership that open small officers in multiple cities rather than having big offices in big cities.

Kaisa possible hai. Accenture doesn't own any property in india. To operate in india they have to be in SEZ compound, else they will have to pay extra tax. Hence the clubbing

Moving to big cities...we have to pay for rent and tax both...sir manager level ka salary ni hota sbka..!

Manager sahab RTO or bench mey action le rhi tcs to koi relevancy hai😂😂😂... Aise hi relevancy baitha ke increment ke praposal bhejte ho kyaa du lead vgrh ko😂😂😂

Type karna hai matlab kuch bhi karne ka kya. Post aya muze toh upload kiya for comparison. You can ask your friends too about RTO for other companies. As compared to others Accenture is still not that strict.

stfu, They should have informed this before handing out the offer letters.

Last year when I said I am disappointed there’s no hike or no promotion, my manager told me atleast they are not sternly asking to RTO. We are better than other IT comapnies. This year I still didn’t get the promotion, and repeated the same, and the story was atleast we are asking 1day RTO, other companies are asking 5days. We are better than other IT companies. They will do anything but give hike/promotion and repeat the same stories with different words. Going to office is not a big deal, but for people who have no offices in their regions, for example the North East region of India, they should not force. We need to shift base to nearest location, move out completely, take a place on rent, do double the expenses, without any hike since last few years, whereas there have been massive inflation in everything else, there’s no logic in that. Atleast give us co-working space if physical attendance is that much important. My entire team is spread out throughout India, no 2 colleagues are in the same location, yet we are expected to RTO and take all calls virtually again. Make it make sense! 🤡

After 35 days there will be training, certifications or internal project. I read this article

Is you think Accenture’s RTO is strict you have to move to TCS ( 5 days work from office with/without transport)
