For those in positions who take interviews

I just got elevated where I am part of interview panel. I always sucked at DSA and I think even though I might ask copy pasted questions basic ones(have to, if it was in my control won’t even ask), but I am not going to judge on that,

Will stick to practical problems and reality, what benchmark and standard you guys use to say a yay or nay when you all take interviews.
