For the first switch

Hello GVs! , this month I'll be making my first switch. Got an experience of 6 months with this company. So i need your advice/guidance .Reason to switch is the repeated tasks, no innovation or atleast efforts in same, poor salary, no learnings for now. Been doing same repeated tasks again and again. No place for your own creativity or mindset about how you do a certain work as your way. I'm currently employed as Cybersecurity Analyst and getting 16k rs pm.
