All ethics in TCS ended with Ratan Tata sir
Ya bro he actually took care of entire conglomerate thinking as his child giving love and stood almost every cases for their employees which they come across with like the one where employees had once issue with management where he gave more support to the employees by protesting with them and shortly after sometime they had to agree with the demands of its employees...such was the affection of Ratan Tata towards which were one of the main pillars contributing the growth of their entire conglomerate.. Thank you for everything Ratan Tata and May God bless his soul ♥️

Tbh no offense to Sir nor anyone. I believe there are people who are to be removed in the higher management.
In some projects we have a crazy reporting hierarchy. Lead then 7-10 Managers above the Leads then the Heads.
Why do we need such a long Hierarchy? If not all, most of these managers do the same thing. Their pay is also super huge.
TCS not having enough money is BS considering just the payout this middle hierarchy gets. If we trim this down the developers can actually be paid Market Value.
Also there should be proper performance monitoring system in place not bootlicking pro max. Pay based on Output.
A really good output driven employee expecting a good package is considered the problem.
