Min 15 lpa+ if product based they can for 25+ lpa...dude 3-7+ yoe folks are always hot cakes in market....after that opportunities are less and less saleable in market

Hello sir, i have doubt regarding TCS Background verification process can you please clarigy I’m filling out my BGV form for TCS Digital and want to ensure I don't trigger a red flag. I have a resolved academic malpractice incident from my 2nd year, but my final record is strong (8.67 CGPA). From what you've seen, does the BGV team prioritize the fact of the past incident, or do they value the honesty of disclosing it more? My main worry is if 'Yes' leads to an automatic rejection.
I don't think, but depends on how badly they need you. Well you should be at 15 LPA I guess.
