For SRE 2 role at Okta, what compensation to expect

Just got cleared all round for SRE 2 at Okta. Initially, HR quoted for 25L base, 10% joining bonus, 22K usd rsu for 3 years. Is it ok,or is their still scope of improvement for which I can negotiate. You guys can suggest yours better strategy to negotiate

What's your current CTC and your yoe? Okta does look at those! Although If u have any competing offers try to get till 30 base bro! I've seen them pay 30+
