I managed to get HDFC swiggy credit card through swiggy app (no lounge benefits but 60-70k spend limit).

Also activated indmoney insta cash, 1L limit. Money comes straight to bank account within 20 mins.

Cashbacks on credit card for purchases is a nice benefit to have tbh. I don't spend much anyways but it's good to have backups in case of emergencies.

Every bank has to, for compliance. So they can know if you can pay back the money or not.

Use some @company email id to verify! You'll get a credit card. Alternatively, park some money in your bank account! I got a regalia as my first ever card at 23 while being in college.
