Hi guys..pls guide if you know... I am going two weeks straight in office and doing 10 days in office but another two weeks WFH..will they consider it as RTO createria as fulfilled or not
I think the 2.5 days per week criteria means, 5 working days in a week divided by no. Of days we go to the office. So it will be like 5/2 = 2.5 days per week.

No, they will only consider if you go 3 days in a week
It's better to go 3 days per week, minimum 5 hours
If you want promotion please go 3 days / week because we can't expect what they are considering only a HR can clarify this doubt I repeat only a HR can clarify your doubt

Better report 3 days per week as of now there is no minimum hours
