For RTO Non Complaint Associates for whom compensation letters haven't been released - Any chances for them to release it once the associate is RTO compliant in the upcoming quarters ???
I’m an RTO defaulter with my last two quarters at 5%. Even though I didn’t get any quarterly bonus, I still received a 1% hike — so the hike isn’t tied to RTO compliance.
Boot lickers are an exception.
If pointing out facts makes me a boot licker, maybe it’s time to polish your debating skills instead of boots. FYI I don’t talk with my TL or Manager as they are from other location and I work independently. So it is not required for me to go office all day.

Dude everyone got the letter unless you are C3B or above or haven't completed 1 yr before February 2025
If you survive till next quarter post compliance which is January...
