For Release
Base location is Mumbai and my hometown is delhi from last few months my mother health getting worse and there is no one to take care of her. Got one month of WFH approved but now I don’t want to go there after one month. I am planning to take release from the project , I have been working there since 2 years . Can I get transfer? or is there anything management can take action against me like , they can fired me or something like that ? Need your advise, I am little worried
Only one reason to get release from project is that, you can slow down your work day to day. They can see 1 or 2 months, later they can find another associate to replace your place and can give release.
Now a days release from project is not that much simple job in TCS. Coming to firing employee is not possible with any manager with out any proper reason. WFH is not the valid reason to fire you from the tcs. If you are not going office then they will cut your variable pay that’s it. Nothing serious action will be taken by management for that. So, you can stay in home and take care of your mother, for this you can loose your variable pay that’s it. Nothing is more important than our mother🙏
