Trending @Cognizant; For Q3 promotions, which RTO period will they actually be counting? Is it 2nd May to 5th August or some other date range?

Let me explain my scenario. I didn't go to office for first 3 weeks of feb, but later from April to may my total RTO was 30days. I am in dilemma that will I get ptomoted as I didn't follow rto for first three weeks of feb. But I got promoted on July 2nd. From this I understood that they are calculating like 2.5 day per week that means 30 days for 3 months. Which is getting satisfied and you will get promoted. If you didn't go to office in may or June month try to complete 30 days from now

In Q3 they will be considering you for promotion if you follow RTO from your Date of Birth. RTO is really mandatory because Ravi kumar speculation is that if everyone follows RTO mandate, they very next day they will they stock prices will shoot up the to the moon.
