For PIP assessment,if unable to pass the Exam but good feedback from project side.What will happen?

This is very unusual process that is going on in tcs. You have give your 200 percent in project work and in the short time you have to clear the single attempt exam. Please suggest if anyone from hr side. Is it lead to termination of force resignation?

If someone is good in project and billable why tcs is inviting resignation from them

Read pip policy..
If pip is closed negative then separation will be started There is also screenshot someone posted last week for the same
