Trending @Wipro; For people who have received MSI letter. Is it also showing for you guys that revised structure will apply from 1st September. Will we not get arrears from April Months ?

At least read the emails. It clearly says the arrears are applicable from 1st of sep

"Why expect arrears from April when we got a hike in Dec 2023? If you’re expecting from April, it means an MSI after just 3 months, which doesn’t make sense. I’ve never seen an organization giving yearly hikes that soon."
