Trending @Cognizant; For PA to A promotion, i heard from Q1 and Q2 , the tenure at level should be >=30, which means we should be more than 30mnths from PA?

That has already been set to 30 months from previous quarter. Even people with 3 ratings in Q2 and Q3 not got promoted last year also as tenure got set to 30 months. Only 4 ratings got promoted. Now from January onwards it doesn't depend on rating. People with rating>=3 gets promoted from PA to A after 30 months are completed

Or this will be calculated from Date of joining?
