15moFor NOC to join into a client company which HR needs to give. can i connect with any HR in TCS?
The client I am working for is ready to take me into their company but there are some issues internally . If I resign will HR give me NOC ?
What is the way forward?

HR won't give you NOC if you resign directly to join the client company. it's against policy. better to follow the proper exit process and discuss with your DM and HR for a smooth transition.
