For Morgan Stanley peeps
Do you know anyone (or come across anyone) who was previously working for TCS as a vendor in Morgan Stanley and got a FTE offer from Morgan. Does Morgan Stanley converts people from TCS to be their FTE?
Not converts directly in India from TCS, but if you complete the cool off period of a year, you may get hired as FTE in MS. Another scenario is, if your TCS project with MS is getting closed, MS re-badges to high performing FTCs.
So do they give option that if you want to join them? I am joining MS project as fresher next month
Not from TCS, but my department has hired contingent workers from Genpact, KPMG EY, etc in the past.
It is not unheard of, but there should be a recurring requirement in your department for your specific skillset. If TCS was brought in for a one time thing, I don't see your department attempting to convert people.
