Plan is to have patience for the right opportunity(keep working on yourself)/MS/MBA(if makes sense at your YOE)/help scale family business. Always try to have a couple of things in the pipeline since after a layoff you get a lot of free time. For tech Open-source is also a good place to start, can help you getting noticed
