For last three years i have got A band, should i expect promotion now?

Rather than expect, you should talk to your manager that you are eligible for a promotion and you have proven your performance that you are ready for next level. Then promotion will be initiated and approved at all levels when they release the next promotion cycle. It won't come automatically. Unless you ask and open discussion it won't come. Good luck

U need to ask. U are eligible if u had 2. Got promoted 2 times within 4 years. Now im stuck😂
