Ipf rating is just a rating for our naked eyes....in the back ground your manager or reviewer will share real feed back in excel sheet actually that's real one which holds your band....many case I saw even with 4.5 ipf rating many awarded with b band...so chill..your band is based on your real feedback documented in that excel....also between b to c hike difference is 1 to 2 percent so don't scratch u r head much on band n ipf rating
