For IBM, Devops Engineer role, with 6 years of exp as Azure automation engineer, how much can I expect

current CTC is 10lpa, but when HR called initially I mentioned 14-15lpa is my expectation, later when checked on internet, avg salary for this role and experience is 18-20 lpa, Wat can I do now?
