According to current market, if you ctc is 2.5x to 3x of your YOE, it is good. And you have already 4x of your YOE. people are barely having 2x 🥲

I do have all the eligibility to get 22LPA But right now accenture paying me 14LPA So Is it possible to apply for 22LPA opportunity internally while being as Accenture employee ?

If not then definitely I have to choose those company who are ready to pay me my exact value according to my qualifications, skills and experience.
