For how many days can I be on bench at TCS . Will RMG force me to resign ?
I heard RMG is forcing for bench employees to resign. Is this true ? If yes then in which location and what is the bench period that employee is in bench?
Yes it's true and at some point they will block your teams and Ultimatix access and will ask to join any project asap even if it's support or anything. Now it's quite strict if you thinking about to stay on bench for longer period.
Bro in the case of access it only happens if you aren't reporting them atleast for a week(depends on RMG)..And see the forced allocation depends on the domain and also on the basis of his experience...See in the case of domain like case of Java Developer you will be forced for allocation that they RMG is having with (happen ed with one of my friend who is in TCS )In the case of experience like if he's Fresher they have to go with the project that they ask them to move with them..
What you are saying is also right but I have seen few cases even if they are reporting to RMG but if failing to get project within a timeframe then also they are forcing to take any project doesn't matter about the experience and technology they poses . My point is that they are quite strict with the timeframe being unallocated nowadays not like older days people rejecting projects by themselves and RMG were used to ignore such things .
depends on your experience and tech… people are not able to sit for a week , on the other hand few are sittign fir years
I know people are staying for 1 yr as well. We should not get inspired by them.
I dont think it that simple. As long as you keep giving assessment they cant ask you to leave. Utilise the time to self groom and job switch.
It took me get project in just 3 days
1-2 yrs but you need to report to them / go to office for few days but that's not recommended rather search for a project
3 month max You need to take project calls, connect with rmg every day.
Impose less constraint is better according to current situation.
