For how long should we stay in office ? Is 3-5 hours enough for now ?

5 hours should be enough.. they are not tracking time as of now..

Just be silent on this topic.. don't highlight about how long u stay.. else someone will see and can bring a new rule.. just stay how long u want.

This is already getting tracked and bands has been degraded and reason was given as your spending very less average hours in office.

Time duration doesn't matter, RTO index matters. But nowadays, RTO index also doesn't matter because you will neither get full variable pay nor hikes even if you are going 9 hrs office with 100% RTO So chill!!
