It all depends on your feedback from the internal interviews you give. If the feedback is good, they will keep you else they might ask you to resign or put you on PIP.

I'm on bench from 3 months did not get any project in Barclays Buisness Unit. I'm looking for the opportunity in Qa automation testing. Would they ask me to resign now ?
