For how long can I be on bench?
I've been on bench for almost one month. Though I have been getting calls, nothing has been confirmed in terms of project work. I want to be on bench for 2 more months so that I can upskill. But on hearing news of folks in bench are put into PIP, experienced folks who are unable to bag a project within 45 days of being in bench fired, stop pay being enforced on folks who haven't bagged a project, I sometimes feel bagging any project available.
Even Infosys is firing folks who are on bench.
Will it be an issue if one is on bench for 2+ months?

What skills I want to learn- No code tools like Framer, I ant to work on my portfolio, I want to compile all the work I've done since 3 years,
