For experienced lateral hires, after 1 year in TCS do we get annual salary hikes ?

Anniversary appraisal is currently given to freshers and lateral people will get hike if they are eligible to FY appraisal.

If you joined before March 2023 then you will get or else you need to wait till next appraisal in April 25.
