Open an AI in the voice mode, Chatgpt, Perplexity, Gemini whatever you have. Feed them your skillset, your years of experience and ask them to take your mock interview along with scenario based questions. They will evaluate your current state and also educate where you need it. I found this really helpful and quick, hope it helps you too. Talking really helps, because in an actual interview too you'll be mostly talking.
