Here it says 90 days NP. And during probation it can be reduced for 1 month (correct me if wrong) So is it compulsory to serve throughout?

Just so that you know, I've exited Infosys previously with on-paper notice period of 2 working days - meaning initiating esep on day n and LWD on day n+3 The exit was prealigned with my manager though, months in advance.
It all depends on your manager and his manager i.e. the DM. Latter can put any random date on your Esep application while approving it.
