For C3A Any extra process for reimbursement?
Just curious, in the compensation letter there is food allowance, vehicle allowance, communication allowance, travel allowance etc, but none got in payslip. So Is there any extra process to get those amounts?
Yes, there's an extra process. You need to submit claims with receipts for those allowances. It's not automatic. HR should've communicated this better.
HR to pata nai kyaa kr rhe hai sab. Un logo ko to esa hi chahiye ki koi employee aaye nai ye sab claim leke - jo paisa bacha wo. They should inform this process
Wait what? If it in payslip you will get it.. check your allocation to these in gess.. you will get it with out any bills or anything..
By default, BOB will be reflecting the components in your compensation letter. You can readjust the components of BOB, but the total amount will be still same.
Your payslip will be matching to the components specified in BOB.
